On-Campus Jobs
FWS students provide assistance to academic, administrative, and service oriented offices throughout campus.
Valuable work experience can be found in a variety of environments. Exisiting skills, can be improved and new knowledge
can be gained by working in one of the many on-campus positions at VCU.
Off-Campus FWS/Community Service Positions
Employment opportunities are available with many community service organizations locally. FWS student
may be performing family literacy activities, serving as a reading or math mentor or tutor, or providing services in health
care, welfare, social services, neighborhood improvement, public safety, crime prevention and numerous other valuble services.
